NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Black Brook for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at 18 North Main Street, Au Sable Forks, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular office hours.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Black Brook will meet and hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 5:30 PM at the Town Offices, 18 North Main Street, Au Sable Forks, NY, and also via GoToMeeting, for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the proposed 2026 Budget and hearing any persons wishing to speak in favor of, or against, the budget as presented or any item therein.

Pursuant to Town Law §108, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified:

• Supervisor: $42,238.00
• Town Clerk/Tax Collector: $30,576.00

• Town Justice: $21,548.00
• Council Members (x4): $6,675.00
• Highway Superintendent: $74,562.00

All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend and be heard.
