We would like to extend a huge thank you to our JCEO Representative, Renee, and all of her incredible Monday helpers who volunteer their time each week to put together Fresh Food Boxes for our community members.
This past Monday, our Fresh Food Day provided 46 boxes to 46 families, the most we have ever served since beginning this program several years ago. This milestone shows just how important this service is to families within our community.
We are proud to offer this resource, and we are incredibly grateful for Renee and the dedicated volunteers who show up each week to lend a helping hand. Your kindness, consistency, and commitment make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many.
Thank you all for everything you do for our community.

Healthy Neighborhoods Program
How safe is your home? If a fire were to occur in your home would your family know what to do? When was the last time you checked the batteries in your smoke detector? Have you talked with your family about a fire escape plan for your home? Do you have a carbon monoxide detector? Does your home even need one?
Are these questions you are hearing for the first time today? If so, you may benefit from a visit from the Clinton County Healthy Neighborhoods Program.
The Healthy Neighborhoods Program (HNP) is a grant-funded program designed to help improve the personal health, safety, and environmental living conditions of residents within Clinton County. HNP is able to do this through health and safety surveys that are conducted with participants of the program. The survey covers 5 main topics: fire safety, lead, indoor air quality, injury prevention, and asthma. Based on the outcome of the survey, and program eligibility, HNP may be able to provide the participant with various safety products as well as health and safety education. HNP is FREE to all Clinton County residents regardless of age or income.
