The Water/Sewer System Superintendent is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and supervising the Town of Black Brook’s water supply, water distribution, and wastewater collection (“water/wastewater utility systems”) field operations, which includes all activities related to the design, installation, inspection, repair, operation, and maintenance of the Town’s water/wastewater utility systems, including wells, pump stations, reservoirs, pressure reducing valve stations, water and sewer mains, services, water valves, fire hydrants, and all other related infrastructure. They make recommendations for additions to the water/wastewater utility system approved products list.
The billing for the water/sewer is handled by the Secretary to Town Board, Karen Nelson, and customers are billed four times a year. For billing questions, Karen may be reached at 518-647-5411 Extension 1.
Craig is also the Maintenance Superintendent for the Town of Black Brook.
